Applications
Triacylglycerol Lipids
Acylglycerol Lipids (ESI, APCI, APPI comparison)

Observations
- APPI has 5-decades linearity and is 2-4x more sensitive than APCI and much more sensitive than ESI w/o mobile phase additives for these compounds
- ESI sensitivity enhanced by mobile phase modifiers, but at much reduced linear range
Results recorded on a Waters ZQ. All runs were FIA; 1:1 Iso-octane/IPA; 100 µL/min.
