Owners of the Guardian Explosive Trace Portal have a range of service support contract options available to them, including comprehensive maintenance and repair programs, preventative maintenance service only and/or time and material field service support.
Syagen also offers a variety of operator training solutions tailored to meet the needs of our security clients. We also can provide training for the engineering staff of our clients for service repair and support. Higher level training for maintenance and repair is export restricted offering and available only to qualified customers.
PhotoMate APPI
PhotoMate APPI service is provided by the point of sale organization where your Photoionization source was purchased. Please contact the manufacturer of your Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometer to seek service support on products purchased through our OEM partner organizations.
